The reservation system is very unorganized. I needed to rent a truck and auto trailer for a one way move and it took many calls in order to confirm the equipment was available. The app did not let me add the trailer to my reservation. Each pick up did not show my equipment was ready. The drop off was just as disorganized. Hopefully you can fix your system as I will probably not rent from uhual again.
