I was told any location that took the 15’ U-Haul truck would take the trailer. This is incorrect and I had to double back 6 miles to return the trailer and drive the 6 miles back to drop off the truck.

After 500 miles the right front t tire on the trailer shredded. Don’t know if it was a retread. AI assistance was pretty useless. Took us at least two hours to get back on the road.Slade with AAA towing was great!

EDWARD JLots of room for access on the site. You are able to run into Lulu's and grab some amazing produce and other local items before or after you check in. The yard help was there quickly after I checked in. He was also there within 2-3 minutes of me pulling into the site to drop off, even without notifying anything. Very observant.

Michael SWas pretty good. U-hauls directions were poor for key drop off at this location. No drop box, I had to go into the location. Which is fine just wish instructions were a little bit more clear on where to go. The lady was slightly rude but it was early morning so I totally get it.

David DLet people know that locations aren't 24 hour drop off. I had to rent a uhaul an extra 3 days because they would only accept drop off from 9am-6pm but I work 9am-7pm. So I couldn't drop off until my next day off. This was an extra $270. Had i known it wasn't 24 hour drop off i would have gone else where. No help from Uhaul corporate at all. Uhaul is the franchisor and could help if they wanted.
