The manager was super great, I was in need if of moving truck. I originally got a 10 foot. When a 20 foot showed up she called me to ask if I wanted it instead so I grabbed it. The process was easy to reserve on the phone. Walk in check out was easy ,1 issue was her program would not load up my Lic. Photo???? Check on line was okay, the program could not locate me to start the process. So I clicked the , have trouble button , and hoped it did the right thing. Overall the location manager was great.

Reserved a 15' truck 6 days in advance. U Haul called the night before pick up day to tell me they only had 10' trucks. I was unable to get all of my house moved and had to make seven additional trips in my personal car. 170 miles round trip each time trip. I will definitely look else where next time I move.

Mark SYou need to let people know what the crazy online check in and out process is before they get to the site to pick up the vehicle. Also, when I picked up the vehicle, the gas tank was at a quarter and I put it back to that when I dropped it off but I was still charged $55 for fuel. That’s bull crap. I’m never using U-Haul again.

Mark AMobile pickup had issues with my phone's GPS. I was on the phone with the representative troubleshooting my phone settings and the location's pin to no luck. I had to switch pickup locations and wasted an hour from my pick up time because of the issue.
Syed HI drove 18 miles, put 4 gallons of gas in the tank [which is at least twice as much as I used] and got charged another $10.20 for fuel. I used the truck for 6 hrs. drove 18 miles put $14.00 in gas and got charged over $100.00 NEVER AGAIN

MONTY MI would not recommend Uhaul due to my experience. The truck had not been touched for COVID safety and was covered with dead bugs compromising safety and vision. I was then charged a cleaning fee even thought it was cleaner when I returned than when picked up.

JANA CThe agent was great and took care of all of the checkout for me with no issues except that she noticed damage to the hand truck that I got in Las Vegas and hadn’t noticed the damage. She forgave me any extra charges as I explained I had no idea of the damage when I was provided with the hand truck. She also took note when I reported that there was a water leak in the front drivers side of the storage area. I was very happy with service at both ends of the rental.

Thomas SRental agent would not even help hitch the truck and trailer. Equipment was located in a muddy field!! With several inches of water and mural around equipment. Rental agent basically gave me the truck keys ask me if I knew how to hook a trailer up and if not I could go watch a video.
