Nothing! Everything was great. Very friendly people to schedule the truck, blankets, etc. Pick up and drop off was super easy and no hidden fees. The rep recommended movers to load/unload the truck. They were local, their packing was impressive and they charged a very reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Customer service was unable to help with anything. If I knew UHaul did this sort of thing I would never have rented from them.
