Agent at the Sturgis site was very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend this site for rental needs. Get more inventory, more trailers and trucks to increase business.
john kMentioned in another review that I had to return my original rental from a different location within two hours as I selected a trailer that was too small. They said they could not issue a refund or credit for my new rental due to not being able to use the first one, but suggested I check with corporate. They could receive in the first trailer but would have to do a new rental for the larger trailer. So I am asking if it is possible to get some refund on my first rental?

James CMy furniture is get wet every stuff we get to wet because U-Haul truck ceiling is leaking and when I’m coming as heavy rain and all stuff is wet

Egons KAll the ratchet sets were very hard to work, the tires appeared to be dry rotted, probably from sitting in the sun, the bearing went out these are not serviced

MINDY MI am extremely frustrated as I originally booked the U-Haul through Three Rivers as that's the location I needed they called me the next day and apologized that they didn't have a 15 ft but they did have a 20 ft in Sturgis and they would make up the price difference and Sturgis charged me $204 because of the mileage driving from Sturgis to Three Rivers and to drop it back off in Sturgis of course there was extra mileage put on it that I shouldn't be accountable for considering I originally booked it through three rivers
