How U-Haul Reviews WorkAgent at the Sturgis site was very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend this site for rental needs. Get more inventory, more trailers and trucks to increase business.
john kMentioned in another review that I had to return my original rental from a different location within two hours as I selected a trailer that was too small. They said they could not issue a refund or credit for my new rental due to not being able to use the first one, but suggested I check with corporate. They could receive in the first trailer but would have to do a new rental for the larger trailer. So I am asking if it is possible to get some refund on my first rental?
