Shortly after I arrived, the front desk representative told the woman who arrived just after me, "I'm sorry, this is awkward but we only have one ten-foot truck and you both (points to me) booked it and she (me) got here before you so we gave it to her." This made it sound like it was somehow MY fault that this woman didn't get the truck she ordered when in fact the company is the one who overbooked. This was not great customer service at all. In addition, when we received the truck we were told there was "3/8" of a tank of gas in it. It is baffling to me that A) the gas tank was not full, and B) they thought it was appropriate to measure in eighths. We drove the truck all of 12 miles and put $20 of gas in the tank, made sure the meter was where it was when we received it, and was told we owed $20 more of gas. When I tried to dispute it he told me I should have taken a photo of the gas gauge. There is absolutely no way we used that much gas, and again, the meter was exactly where it was when we picked up the truck. It would be much more professional to give out the trucks with full tanks of gas just like every rental agency I have ever used in the past.

adolfo mI rented a 26 ft box truck from this location. It was last minute but they came through and had the truck available. I had to extend the truck rental and it was hassle free. Definitely recommend this location for all of your U-Haul needs.

Stephen SI put three stars because maybe it's not the place, it's the people the girl tried to go over the list. He gave me the truck with 50 miles of gasoline autonomy and I just walked 30 miles. In the end he gave me a surcharge of $80. Supposedly it was 10 gallons, I wonder I really spent 10 gallons walking 30 miles Be careful when picking up your trucks

GREG LWe were charged for insurance we did not request. It appears the attendant added it when we included a Furniture Dolly, even though we clearly stated we did not want insurance. The attendant’s communication was unclear and not very helpful, which made the checkout process frustrating. This is a third-party U-Haul rental location, and the return process was difficult—the parking area was extremely tight, making it challenging to maneuver the trailer back into place. We were ultimately able to move the items we needed to, so the trailer served its purpose. However, the overall experience—from the checkout interaction to the return logistics—was not great, and I would be cautious about renting from this location in the future.
