There’s zero communication between location pick up call center to certify equipment been returned I also was charge extra after equipment was drop off on time.

I would certainly recommend this location to a friend based on my experience. However, I feel it is important to highlight a couple of maintenance issues that I encountered with the truck. Firstly, the truck's brakes were in need of repair. This raised concerns regarding safety, as reliable brakes are crucial for any vehicle. I strongly recommend that the rental location addresses this issue promptly to ensure the safety of future renters. Additionally, I noticed that the liner in the cab of the truck was falling down. While this may be considered a minor issue, it does affect the overall comfort and aesthetics of the vehicle. It would be beneficial for the rental location to address this concern as well, as it could improve the overall customer experience. Despite these maintenance issues, I must acknowledge that the truck itself ran well during my rental period. It performed satisfactorily and met my expectations in terms of functionality. In conclusion, the Uhaul location exceeded my expectations overall, and I would readily recommend it to others. However, it is crucial that the rental location addresses the brake issue and the liner in the truck's cab to ensure a safer and more comfortable experience for future customers.
Susan CWaited 1 hour after we got there. The door said closed from 12 to 1 for lunch we got there at 1:15 and called him and he said it wouldn't be long and go ahead and hook up the trailer. This after I drove 25 miles.

Tania LThere was no one on site when we went to pick up the u-haul. I understand the person that was supposed to be there was ill. We had driven 75miles to pick it up so it was stressful. The lady that came after we called was pleasant and an hour and a half past pick up time, we were able to leave. Stuff happens and it all worked out.

Kiesha GYes the vehicle was clean. Between the time I left the rental location until I returned, it leaked 3/4 of a tank of fuel out of the front of the fuel tank. Was also told I could pick it up at 7am on Friday morning and no one showed up. When the owner showed up at 7:45 am after I called him at 7, he asked who said I could pick it up at 7am, because they do not open until 8. When I told him who told me I could pick up the vehicle, I was told “she’s going to get her ass fired”.

Jon JThe truck was honestly the biggest piece of trash I’ve ever rented. It was over heating, the brakes were terrible, the steering was loose and it was dirty when I picked it up. Its a miracle the number one cause of death in the United States isn’t uhaul
Jason MI elected no insurance for my rental since USAA covers vehicles and trailers I am renting or borrowing. However, the individual that wrote up the contract added the insurance and unfortunately I didn't realize it until after the fact. Don't add insurance just because you may receive a premium.

Annelise HI made a reservation online to another location but when I got there the people that were to return the truck I was getting didn't return the truck so the gentleman was very helpful and got us a truck from the next closest location. All in all easy pickup and easy drop-off. Thank you

ALFRED FThe owner at MGM towing was not at facility at 9:00am. We had to go to another uhaul facility in Enid to get his cell phone number and then he showed up an hour late. He made jokes about not being there on time. Extremely poor customer service!!

Jerry RSeveral people were scheduled to pick up items at 8 AM, and there was no one there until 8:15. The truck was a little dirty on the inside, but nothing major. I requested 24 moving blankets, but they only gave me 6, since they didn't have the key to the building where the rest were stored. They did offer to bring them to the house we were unloading, but we were mostly done by the time the guy called. The "check engine" light was on, and the oil pressure light came on while driving.

James CThe truck I rented wasn’t the cleanest. But it wasn’t to the fault of Glen the owner. He went above and beyond to go power wash the outside and inside after the previous user and get me out on time. I saw the truck prior to this and it was disgusting. Glen have his best effort to get it done.
