I drop off the truck next day in the morning although I had the time until evening. They charged me an extra fee for late drop off as they are close on Sunday. I have to give a call to get the refund.
MUHAMMAD KThe BATTERY died within the first hour of renting the truck and I also was given the truck on E with almost no gas. Had to call roadside assistance. Luckily got a jump start from a passer-by in a pickup truck.
Joseph SI picked up my vehicle after-hours of the office renting the truck; the office was a trucking company not a U-Haul location. The key box was hard to find as there were no signs directing people to the location; it was in between the two trucks but near a light. I was able to get the keys using the app along with some assistance from calling U-Haul.
William TAt online it shows office hours and should be open but it was not open. I had to call a number and gad to finish rental process using my cellphone. Then person advised which truck to take and went to lock bix but will not open. Person called someone and he came to the lock box but he also failed to open. Then he opened the return key box and gave me different truck. After I returned the truck I looked in to my CC charges, their were 3 pending charges all pending. I called the your representative and he said I should get a final bill very shortly and pending charges will be gone. I waited 3 days and no final bill so I called afain and with in the hour I received the final bill. I have rented from Uhaul and other companies and this was the worst service I have ever received.

Jose MEasy to return the truck. It's a great location for me. The only issue was the tight parking spot for taking pictures of the truck for return. The app crashed during photo loading. When I opened it back up, the truck showed returned. All seems to be ok, though.

Brian FDrop off location was confusing and I was nervous I dropped it off at a random parking lot. Otherwise it was totally fine! There was no one there to help.

Ahson MSimon was so helpful….. We had a little hiccup and he was right there step-by-step to make sure I got my truck and was on my way. And the lady at the location walked out, stood by my side, walked me to the truck and helped me get in contact with Simon. Great customer service.
