for starters, the young lady working the front desk was amazing! she was so accommodating, customer service was amazing and she got us in and out with ease! She walked us to the box to return keys afterhours and walked the vehicle with us as well to ensure that it was in running shape and with the one hiccup she was ready to accommodate and fix the issue, but it wasn't that bad, I would definitely re-book and have been telling everyone in my office building that this location was a go-to! Thank you for being so lovely!

I am completely disappointed with my entire U-Haul experience, so much so that if I ever need to rent another truck, I will search for alternatives. I reserved a truck well in advance of my move, only to receive a text literally 1 minute before pickup time informing me that my reservation had been moved to a different location out of the way. This affected my budget because the extra mileage added unexpected costs. It also delayed my move, forcing me to pay additional compensation to my movers. U-Haul needs to provide adequate advance notice for location changes and honor original reservations to prevent unexpected delays and extra expenses for customers.
