I am completely disappointed with my entire U-Haul experience, so much so that if I ever need to rent another truck, I will search for alternatives. I reserved a truck well in advance of my move, only to receive a text literally 1 minute before pickup time informing me that my reservation had been moved to a different location out of the way. This affected my budget because the extra mileage added unexpected costs. It also delayed my move, forcing me to pay additional compensation to my movers. U-Haul needs to provide adequate advance notice for location changes and honor original reservations to prevent unexpected delays and extra expenses for customers.
