The handtruck was not in the truck when we arrived, we had to find one that matched the description outside. The truck was clean and easy t find,. The App self serve was hard to follow and did not provide clear instructions about how to verify your are a person. It took twenty minutes before we realized it was calling people we put in as contacts. This verification should be done prior to pick up becuase it held us up for a long time trying to figure it out. There was no one there to help us through that process and the CHAT was useless

Know your inventory. I originally booked with 1 site, then was told they didn't have the truck so they switched me to another location. Upon arrival, they didn't have the truck I needed. I called the sight my reservation was originally at, and they did have the truck. So I wasted my time and gas due to their mistake!

Tpms sensor was broken and needs to be replaced

Truck bed was dirty (found a clipped fingernail and lots of dirt and grime). Truck door was sticking/difficult to pull, and one of the handles to pull out the ramp was just missing. But it helped us move our furniture, so it did what it was supposed to.

They were having major issues getting your site to work so that we could get the truck. Also as a result I did not get the text about taking photos of the truck until ~1h after leaving the pick up location & did not have the time to get to it until after the link expired which prevented me from reporting that the lock for latch was broken and would not unlatch with the provided key.

There were no personnel, so it is hard to rate the personnel as helpful. It was all done on-line and my 18 year old grandson did all the on-line work to make everything work. I probably could not have done it myself.
