There was no dolly there was no blanket, but that’s because I picked up the U-Haul last minute. The customer service rep made the whole entire experience very painless. He was very kind and he was very thrilled in explaining the return process. The truck lagged a little bit, but that makes sense because it’s a rental and I’m pretty sure a lot of people just don’t care for it like it’s their own personal car. This experience was better than an actual U-Haul store. This was a really good third-party.
