How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere was no dolly there was no blanket, but that’s because I picked up the U-Haul last minute. The customer service rep made the whole entire experience very painless. He was very kind and he was very thrilled in explaining the return process. The truck lagged a little bit, but that makes sense because it’s a rental and I’m pretty sure a lot of people just don’t care for it like it’s their own personal car. This experience was better than an actual U-Haul store. This was a really good third-party.
AYOKA BNothing. Everything went well from scheduling the reservation to picking up the Uhaul truck and dropping off the Uhaul truck via mobile drop-off. Thank you Uhaul for the service, availability and convenience with this rental and transaction.
Bruce TStaff were very friendly and professional.
ERIC LWe were told if we wanted to keep an additional day of rental to pay the extra day fee, which we did. However, we got a pretty rude call asking us to return the truck.
