This is my favorite and only location that I rent U-Hauls from. If I were on the other side of town and I needed to rent a U-Haul, even if I was at a U-Haul location, I would go inside and call a share-ride to take me to Galina's location because her and her family's customer service is second to none!

Eric PWhen arrival someone came outside and I was gonna do delivery on the app, but the guy came out say that that vehicle was not for that location so he got upset because he didn’t have a spot then he checked and he made a spot so I was able to drop it off. It was just upset. He wasn’t informed that my vehicle was gonna be dropped off there.

ALLEN kOnly complaints I had were 1. Gas was quite less than they claimed, unfortunately I didn’t notified the renter 2. Drove total less than 3 miles, came back they charged me 3 gallons…..why? Spoke to lady owner about the unfairness, glad she took care of it and refunded the unnecessary charge!

Daniel Gtruck inside was dirty with leaves and plastic pieces. Pad lock was torqued so the latch would not fit into the lock body. This was the second time that a truck has been dirty on the inside, but I bet they charged a clean up fee to the last person but didnt clean it.

ROBERT AMoving is incredibly stressful, so having a smooth and easy experience like I had today meant a lot. The person who helped me (I believe her name was Suzanne?) was super nice, knowledgeable, and just all around helpful. I appreciate the fantastic customer service and smooth and easy overall experience. I’ll be moving again in a month (out of the storage unit I moved into today), and will not hesitate to come right back to this location! Thank you guys!
