Edward EI ordered the one way transport online a few weeks in advance for pu at Flamingo Rd store to drop off at 86040 Uhaul location. The day before pu the location was changed to a Uhaul/smoke shop. It was not far away so no real issue. Equipment was in good shape and service was fairly quick. The clerk told me "since it is One Way, you can drop it off wherever you choose" so drop off location wasn't mentioned. I rented for drop off in Park City, Utah. Once I left, I received a text showing drop off in Daniel, Utah which is over 20 miles from my destination. As I was hauling a car trailer that needed to be unloaded before I could unload the truck, this meant I had to drive almost 80 miles back and forth to accomodate UHaul wanting to stock a new location that opened its doors 4 days before my arrival. I called customer service due to issues of my attempt to drop off elsewhere and (you have no customer service, only bots and untrained human bot types) and I was told there would be additional fees calculated if I dropped elsewhere. I will do my best to never need your services again.

Anthony GI suggest a chair or two made available to waiting customers- moving is exhausting. Maybe some hand sanitizer on the checkout counter. Water dispenser available…? The staff here is incredible!

NICK ZVery professional staff. Truck was in great shape and ran perfect. Lots of supplies on hand to buy or rent.
LEAH BTruck ran well, interior was comfortable and I had no mechanical issues. Exterior of truck was in poor condition and does not represent the u-haul brand well. Lots of scratches, dents and trim damaged.
DENNIS BVehicle was in okay condition, engine made rattling noises, steering felt wobbly and had to constantly correct the vehicles direction almost fighting it as if in heavy wind, very poor fuel economy, drivers side door was difficult to close, rear door was difficult to open and close, headlight beams were misaligned. Extra fees and cost per mile add up very quickly, went from a $20 rental to a $120 bill just from making one trip across town. A/C was perfectly cold and staff were very friendly, best part about the whole experience.

LAUREN JTha AC did not blow any cold air and the rattling it does driving. God forbid you hit a bump, it felt like it was going to fall apart. It was clean on the inside. The young lady that helped me make my reservation over the phone was lovely. She was the same one who checked me in. She was wonderful... and the highlight of my rental experience.
