Your location was ghetto and there was no one there to accept the truck and trailer in the middle of the day. The drop off location was not easy to find and there was no furniture in the office that I could see. The place looks abandoned and I was very unsure to leave the equipment behind. ROBERT HIt was not easy to use the u haul app for a mobile pickup. It was very hard to go behind the truck as it was backed up into the bushes .

Erick FTank was on empty. I put $45 in it and returned it with the same 50 miles to empty that it started with. Was charged an additional $60 for unknown reasons. I called and left several messages and not call back or response. The building says open but it is locked and never open.
Cindle SThe truck was filthy, the cab had animal hair and discarded cheetos all over, and mysterious fluid on the doors and dash. I cleaned it before I returned it, apparently I would be charged extra if it wasn't clean.
David CI had booked a vehicle where my items were stored but the day before my reservation was changed. I had to go to another location and drive back to pick up my items. I tried checking in but the website would constantly glitch. I eventually go the site to load and combination given didn’t work for any of the lockboxes. The lockbox itself was not working and could hardly spin. I had to change vehicles and luckily I was able to get started. The whole thing took almost 2 hours just to get my vehicle. If there were other options, I would never use uhaul again. This is the third time events like this has happened. Uhaul could invest in a better system but instead relies on its customers to use their phones/technology instead of fronting the cost for a smoother process. Uhual still has not contacted me as I was told by the representative.
Austin AVERY UNHAPPY with this location. We called Uhaul to verify the address and was told they opened at 9. At 9:20 we pulled in and there was no one there with a note on the door to call. Called the number multiple times and no one answered. I left multiple messages and made multiple calls to uhaul asking for a different location to drop off the trailer only to be told we would incur an additional charge. Uhaul tried to call the owner and was unable to reach him. A second person at the location wanted the trailer we had. Uhaul then called the area manager. We waited over 90 minutes to get this trailer checked in. We downloaded the app to do a self check in and the location did not show up as eligible to do it. We took the trailer off our truck and left. The owner called us 20 minutes after we left to say he would check it in with no additional charge. This appears to be a side job for this Antuonne person as he has a full time job somewhere else.

Daniel CKey box was located in front of building and vehicles are in back- no easy way to get there as it's fenced off. You have to walk around the block to get to the back of building to check the number on truck and then walk back to front to get key. That needs to be fixed. Also, automated on line check in system wasn't letting us put in a different name for driver and then the verified second user- it kept erroring that the name couldn't be the one on contract, and the number couldn't be the one on the contract so we had to re do it and then the license image kept having to be retaken (as it was slow responding to back and it would wipe the info.) It took the three of us almost an hour to finally get the key to start the moving mission. Going to be quite some time before I ever attempt do this non-manned pickup again.
Andrea ZThe man who checked us in was very nice and personable! The storefront location did not look like a U-Haul center at all aside from a sticker on the window. The inside of the office left a lot to be desired.
