CHARLES BNothing. I rented a utility trailer and dollies for a day moving various cargoes. The friendly, polite, and helpful staff hooked the trailer to the hitch, checked and connected the sway chains, and plugged in the brake/signal connection. The equipment was clean and worked perfectly. I returned the trailer two minutes before closing, Tara cheerfully received the trailer and took the dollies, and I as out of there in a minute. Excellent experience.

ROBERT SThe truck we rented was new and comfortable It was easy to drive as the steering was more precise than would be found on an older vehicle. The lone negative was the air conditioner did not produce cool/cold air so we had to drive with open windows. This should get repaired as the truck is new and not old enough to naturally have this problem.

NOLAN WMoving can be a very difficult experience. Main Road Storage made sure that we had everything we needed to make our move as smooth and easy as possible. We stored all our possessions with them for 9 months, then rented a truck from them and hired their recommended packer to help us. The whole process was seamless and professional. So grateful for all their assistance and expertise. Highly recommend!

When he arrived at work he could immediately tell I was struggling and asked me to meet him at the office. He addressed my issues and got me on my way. He made my day. I wish I knew his name. He went above and beyond to help.

STEVEN FThe facility was nice but the truck I rented was in terrible shape and several sensors kept going off every time it was driven (I was told to just ignore them) which was very distracting. The standard dolly I had reserved was not available but two appliance dollys and two packs of furniture blankets ,which I did not request, were left inside the truck bed (at least I was not charged for them!). Overall a very poor experience and I would not recommend this rental service location.

SCOTT RRenting at this location was very easy. I called in to reserve a U— Haul and it was waiting for me just as promised. The office is nice, well organized and clean. I was taken out to the truck, shown how to use the ramp etc. The return process was just as easy. I took the keys in to the office and had an email receipt in an hour. Definitely recommend this facility.

SHELLY FI only rented a storage unit for just under a year but I was always impressed with how friendly and kind the staff was-Tara always made me feel appreciated and important and when I had a bit of an issue with my move out, Brett was really kind and helpful-I had even forgotten to put my lock back on my unit at one point and they locked it for me just to keep my items safe. I really appreciate the great experience and will definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have their items safely stored without having to worry. Great facility and even better staff, I can’t thank them enough for how kind and caring they all are.

MICHAEL CAt the request of Uhaul we had a trailer connected to the truck. The location would not accept the trailer. Crazy. I had to make several calls, delay unloading, and finally threaten to simply park the trailer in a field before we could resolve the problem. I was trying to be nice by dead heading the trailer and the system was completely incompetent. Bad deal.

As a female, I was very anxious about driving a big truck and hauling my vehicle on a trailer across the country. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful and the rental process was quick and easy.

After I arrived, I was told insurance on the unit would be required as well as a one time admin fee. I strongly feel that's bad business dealings. All associated costs should always be reported to a potential customer or client up front. I was quite happy with the unit, however, and only moved according to a lack of public transportation in that specific area.

I live just up the road from it so it was incredibly convenient. I always felt safe, always had what I needed, always had a place to pull in and carts to use. Somehow I’m sad my time here has come to an end! But the renovation is done and my house is put back together and I’m so thankful for this facility!

BARRY S | Overall ExperienceWe had our belongings in storage for 2 months at the facility. We paid for an air conditioned unit specifically to protect our things from mold, mildew and mustiness. However, when we removed our things we discovered that everything was mildewed and musty. We had to clean all of our clothes and had to get rid of a fabric couch and leather recliner. We were in the facility several times over the 2 months storage. While the building has air conditioning, it is not sufficient to keep the humidity level down to the point where mildew and mustiness won't set in, particularly in a long term storage.

The person I spoke with said she understood and said she was closing it out and said it was taken care of. There was no mention of any outstanding charges. 16 days later we find that 70 dollars had been automatically taken out of our bank account without our authority and no explanation. The lady we spoke with was very rude and said it was her who was the one that spoke with me originally and said she told us the charges, which was unfortunately not true and that they weren't going to refund us anything. It's incredibly disappointing and this is also after the first person I spoke with said it was all noted on the account and was going to get it taken care of. I will never use this facility again and tell everyone we know not to use this facility.

However, there was a flaw in the roof and it leaked brown fluid into my unit, ruining my white sofa, elegant table, large mirror in gold frame, and family portrait. It was at least a month later when I went to my unit to find the damage done. They could have checked my unit and notified me, but did not. I paid $240.00 per month for the unit and did not elect to pay extra for insurance. Because I did not have insurance I was not compensated for the loss of my furniture and portrait..
