I stopped by before my trip to this location before the trip and received information on the car carrier capability of 5290 lbs. My tractor was 5200 lb and was led to believe the tractor could be transported by this trip.

Cindy was top notch...and handled the turn in very politely and professionally...even returning the U-Haul trailer with two bruised fingers from an earlier mishap.

Don’t advertise a van for $19.95, when it’s much more. I rented a van for 5 hrs, paid for the gas, traveled less than 50 miles without incident, and the bill was $75 plus. Won’t do it again, nor recomend. I’ll have furniture delivered for about the same price. Nice people, big deception! Roy sessions

Was lied to about uhaul ride share and had to search multiple locations to find one that was actually what you advertised. Ended up wasting 2 hours finding a location with a 24 hour uhaul that I could rent after hours.

Rented to move items during hurricane evacuation and saw on the news that uhaul offered discounts during evacuation but nothing was offered and when I inquired I was basically laughed at. Very disappointed...

This is been the worst rental experience of my life! I rented this as a one-way rental and it was somehow switched by U-Haul to a local rental. It was almost 3 times the cost of what I expected and no one at any location that I have dealt with at U-Haul corporate can help me get those charges reduced to the appropriate amount for a one-way rental. I will never rent from U-Haul again

This location was amazing. They helped us at the last minute after an employee at our original location didn’t come back from lunch. The staff was helpful and patient. I really appreciated their service and they were the only positive interaction we had with any employees representing uhaul.

The only real complaint I have towards uhaul as a whole...They don’t offer military or government worker discounts. They say on their website that they support the troops, support the military but don’t offer any discounts for PCS (Permanent Change of Station) Moves.

Everything was awesome on their end. BUT I was double charged for my truck and it still hasn't been fixed. I spoke with customer service and was told it would take 3 to 5 business days to fix. THAT is unnacceptable. Being the 1st of the month and move in day, this error put me significantly in the negative and caused my rent check to bounce and an overdraft fee to be incurred. That's something that needs to be looked into

The gentleman who helped me out was very kind and helpful. He told me I could receive credit from uhaul by returning it with at least a quarter tank, which I did. I will definitely continue to use uhaul for future moves, but next time I'm hiring movers.

I would happily rent from Main Road Storage again. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. I felt very comfortable talking to them. I wasn't sure what I need when I got there but the African American Female employee knew exactly how to help and what to recommend. This was the best Uhaul experience I ever had. All Uhaul renters should be like this one.

Advertising a daily rate of $19.95 when a $10 CDW charge is mandatory is FALSE ADVERTISING. That's the equivalent of an appliance store advertising a refrigerator for $995 and then adding another $500 to the price on delivery. The honest rate is $29.95 plus mileage which is what should be advertised.

Maybe randomly select a customer each week and put something inside the cab for them to find, like cold water for the drive, or $5 gas cars. Something that puts a smile on there face.

Key did not unlock passengers door. Other than that, it was a great driving 26' truck . It was brand new with only 1435 miles on it. It had plenty of power and a better ride than my personal truck. The only issue I had with uhal was they didn't have a large enough car transport to hall my Ford f150. Now I have to travel from Virginia to South Carolina to drive back my truck.

I got dinged for being 12 miles over and charged approximately 6 dollars, since I had to take a detour because of all the construction and traffic. I feel it was petty on UHaul's part to ding me the less than $6, and so will make me think about who to rent my next truck from. I would like to hear back from management on this.

The trip was fine no problems with the Van. We told them we would have the Van back at 9am. They called me /, I was driving and told her Kathy she persisted. I told her to call the other number for emergencies. "I'm sorry and hung up" she had promised the Van to someone else. It was a very hot day and my sister and myself had to take many breaks. Kathy, evidently wasn't concerned about our trip she just wanted the van back. I did apologized to her, not that I needed her to understand but she was not sympathetic at all. Didn't ask if we had a safe trip.etc. I think UHaul needs to work on the public more as far as safely. Thanks so much Jackie Smith Have a wonderful day

Truck was fine..very upset the fact that no one told me my money would be held back from my credit card..when I called the place where I got the truck from..they proceed to tell me they can't help me and to call uhaul myself..even though they were the ones who charged me..won't go back!!

Overall, customer service phone help was ridiculously terrible. I got to location to drop off truck and app wouldn't allow me to check vehicle in. I called customer service while waiting for an uber ride, and was still trying to get help by the time I got home (30 minutes). I had been put on hold twice, which hung on me, and was on the third different rep by the time I got home. This experience was horrible. Customer service phone system is in dire need of some training.

Staff was nice, IMPORTANT you cannot get back OUT of the gate without a vehicle. When you are parking the only vehicle you have with you, that can be a problem. Suggest keypad exit be placed
