Absolutely ignorant that you rent a trailer and the damn thing doesn’t come with a jack because “we only have one jack at this location.” I’m supposed to ride around with the damn thing attached for the 3 days I rented it? Stupid. Poor service. Trailers are supposed to have a jack. Period.

Dee WThe truck was spotless, and new and the truck easy to drive. They should have told me to check the gas gauge before I left, which I didn't, but, oh well, I filled it up at my destination for the next lucky renter. The policy should be, to always return a vehicle with a full tank. period. Easier all around. Our U-Haul experience was pleasantly excellent! Thank you for making our move so easy.
