The young woman at the counter had very low communication skills. In spite of the fact that I had a reservation and got confirmation emails, she inexplicably told me “I just canceled your reservation.” I just stared back. Luckily she said she had a replacement. Could go a long way towards being more communicative and courteous. The truck was a bit dusty. They should have used a leaf blower or broom before giving it to me.
