The staff was great, the facility was very clean, temperature controlled correctly and well maintained. Its very secure and convenient with the keypad access and I would highly recommend this business.

Madison F | Overall ExperienceI felt that the personnel representing the business were abrupt and doctorial. Not all fees I was charged were initially reported to me. After I arrived, I was told insurance on the unit would be required as well as a one time admin fee. I strongly feel that's bad business dealings. All associated costs should always be reported to a potential customer or client up front. I was quite happy with the unit, however, and only moved according to a lack of public transportation in that specific area.

David S | Overall ExperienceI rented here for about 27 months while renovating and it was truly the most stress free, consistent part of the whole process. I live just up the road from it so it was incredibly convenient. I always felt safe, always had what I needed, always had a place to pull in and carts to use. Somehow I’m sad my time here has come to an end! But the renovation is done and my house is put back together and I’m so thankful for this facility!
