Just make sure what's offered online is actually available at said location. I ordered a 15foot truck, was given the 10 foot, and we ordered a dolly, but there wasn't one available either. I talked to a rep at another location and was told that when you book online there are pop ups that everyone misses that says it's a request. Did not see one. When I booked there were lots of pick up spots available, but each different location had it written, in a different colour, what was available, and what was not. Hence I picked this location, since it said the location had what I needed. A 15 foot truck, and a dolly. I was also told my â€˜request' for a 15 foot truck went through on the 30th, but it was actually two weeks prior, so I'm not sure how that worked. So in the end, not having a choice but to take the smaller truck, it took two trips, and cost us more. Not what I was expecting, and having used uhaul many times before, I hadn't come across this. Truck was great, clean, and the gentleman at the pick up spot was great! Just an inconvenience to start the day.Brett W.

The truck was dirty but I didn't realize I would be charged at the other end when I dropped it off. Thankfully the u-haul store on military Rd in Niagara falls NY believed me when I said it wasn't my mess. It was the mess before me in Niagara falls,on. So the reversed the cleaning fees. It was very difficult to speak and understand the convenience store employee due to a language barrier. While booking my truck through uhaul was wonderful and easy. And returning to military Rd was easy too.Linda B.

I Reserved a Dolly and they didn't have it. That made my moving a horrible experience as i couldn't get any dolly to make things easier . Os i did reserved a dolly , i was counting with this. Not happy about that.Yokasta T.
You shouldn't have to pay for parking at the location you pick up your truck. You should only need contact information for one person. Why do you need two people to confirm my identity?Trevor H.
The variety store clark has very lack of communication. it took bit more than 30 minutes to rent the equipment even i had reservation.bhavik P.

continue---- When I asked for receipt, was given a bill for $46.00 for parking. Very discussed, never will I use this outlet again. Could someone please send me a bill for what I owed. Bobby MathiesonmLena A.
The owner did not speak English maybe at all ?? I did not receive information on the rental at all and he kept handing me the iPad to give him name of three people I know. He gave me one price then billed another. He told me there would be a charge to leave me Car at the location and that caused me to need to get a friend to come and take My car and then do the same in reverse to drop off. He did not do the begin in g it end inspection I was not furnished with the agreement as I always am I would never ever recommend this location I rent a few Times a month and now rethinking uhaul. Total bad experience, lied about charges and changed amount and I have witnesses and could not communicate AT ALLDonna D.

I was very upset when I return the van. I was told I will be charged around 118.00 to use the van. I went to Toronto downtown and back to Niagara Falls. The lady at the shop told me total bill is 234.00 and when I ask why she can not explain the detail she had to call the boss and even the boss can not find the reason and he had to call the head office to resolve the issue. I wasted my time and this location should not run this rental bussines. They have poor English to communicate. At last my issue was resolved over the phone by one customer care which was very carring and kind. ThanksBERHANE B.

it would have been nice if the snow and ice was scrapped off the front windshield. Glad my wife was still with me so I could use my own brush. I picked up the vehicle with 22 miles till empty but I could not upload the photo as I didn't see the text message until I put in $60 worth of gasgreg A.

Actually have the drop off point the same as the pick up point when booking round trip. Very inconvenient and cost me money to go get my car from the original location.Drew N.
There was no gas in the truck and I was told they had to fill it back to 1/4 when that's not right it wasn't even at that point when I got it the people at the store don't understand what you're talking about and they Play the role I don't understand English this was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul I am so upset it's not funny 2896869717zane S.
