I found this location and the service to be exceptional. The owner I am assuming went out of his way to ensure I had a truck and was able to move without hassles. The truck was clean. I didn't notice any moving blankets but I didn't need them. Pricing is reasonable - pretty standard for uhaul. I just like the convenience of the location and the ease of renting. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again.

Very bad service at the Multi Brands Outlet on Lundy’s Lane, Niagara Falls. I was charged $213 for driving only 48 km, plus an additional $30 for gas, which is much higher than expected. Previously, I rented the same 20-foot truck from the company’s Montrose Road location in Niagara Falls, where I paid only $79, including approximately 70 km, with no hidden surprises. The huge difference in pricing between the two locations is unacceptable and feels unfair. Based on my experience, I will never use this location again and would not recommend it to any of my friends. I hope the company reviews the pricing and customer service at this branch.
Ijaz SI reserved a truck in St Catherine’s but was told the day before that none was available and was moved to this location. I appreciate that extra kms were granted, but the gas for the extra 13 km still came from my pocket. While the manager who dealt with my phone call and rental was extremely helpful, the odometer reading on the paper didn’t match that of the truck and a “full” tank was not at the fully full line. *if you change the pick up or drop off location from the customer’s request that was confirmed, consider not only km credit, but fuel credit as well.
MELISSA BGreat service, amazing staff
ABDULREHMAN NIf you could be honest about the pricing up front, I booked in for the date and as quoted $44, when I went to pick up it had gone up to $142, it was explained to me that was due to the milage for the 70 km, I was going to be traveling at $1 per km.. When retuning the vehicle, I was asked if I had filled, I replied no that I had not been asked to and I had paid milage, I was told even though I had paid milage, i would still have to fill it. At which point I stated the truck wasn't full when I got it and showed the attendant a picture of the dashboard showing just under 7/8th of a tank. he said that didn't matter as his phone had calculated the cost at $42. So, I went and put in $44 to be on the safe side and that completely filled the tank. So upon return I expressed the fact that I had put in twice the gas I had used, meaning I had paid for the previous customers gas and expected half my money back. He took out his phone again and told me it was what I had used and that is what his phone had calculated and I didn't understand. I told him I did understand and that I have a Degree in Economics and my understanding is that he was ripping me off. So much for a $19.95 in town rental, a van for 6 hours $188 for 70 km
