A Low Tire sign was on which I noticed right when I was driving away from the rental place. I had to go out of my way to get the tires checked and the driver's side rear inside tire was at only 40PSI, supposed to be 80. It added stress and time to a long trip to see that right away the van needed to be looked at. I took pictures of the van before I left to get the mileage and just did not notice that the Low Tire sign was on. I would expect the place renting the van to make sure all is functioning correctly before I pick it up. The lady at the counter was polite and helpful, but someone needs to make sure warning lights are not on before it is rented.

The truck was dirty and smells so bad. With cardboard boxes and cigarette ashes in the cargo space. Dashboard has engine light.
johnrie gToo much confusion at the pickup location. Their debit card machine wasn't working and demanded we pay in cash . The equipment we ordered was not available. We arrived back early and a different person said we owed more money and the other person who waited on us earlier tried to tell them no . But he argued with her , so it made the transaction confusing and uncomfortable.
