Educate this location on fractions. This is the second time this location has incorrectly recorded the gas supply. The grocery side of the business took precedent over the U-Haul. They were serving customers while dealing with me. The cab was filthy and the corners of the back were dirty. I actually cleaned it for them. There are numerous dents on the side of the van. None have any stickers on them. The truck made loud noises at startup and at braking. For 90 miles of driving I put $65 in gas.FRANK D.

U-Haul should not use Bombay Mart as a pick up / drop off location. From start to finish they were unprofessional and disorganized. Booked the truck on uhaul's website from 5:45pm - 10:00pm. Got to Bombay Mart and they told me the truck must be back by 8pm, giving me only 2 hours to move my entire apartment. They make up their own rules as this was not stated on the Uhaul reservation website. Upon returning the truck we were told we owe an additional $124.00 on top of the $110.00 that was already paid at pick up. The clerk was on the phone with the store manager while also checking out other customers items. I could not gather any accurate information on why I was being charged the additional cost due to the clerk speaking another language on the phone. When I asked her to explain she told me to come back tomorrow. I had to contact the manager of Uhaul to rectify the situation. I then had to go out of my way on a work day to return to Bombay Mart to sort out the additional fee when at that time they disclosed I could only pay cash, which I did not have at the time. I've used Uhaul before from a specific uhaul location and had no issues. Do not book your Uhaul from Bombay Mart on Victoria Avenue it will make things extremely frustrating for you.Madison M.
Long wait as key for truck was missing and attendant looked as if she couldn't be bothered. Then on return she tried to double my truck rental charges from 39.95 to 99.95â€¦ after an hour of back and forth I located my emailed invoice from when I signed/took the truck and then her manager finally reversed the charges (even though he was the one who assisted me after they couldn't get the key.) all around 1/10 experience - do yourself a favour and just go straight to the uHaul depot.
