Buy more dollies. I ve rented a dolly and there was none at this location and it was not communicated at least. So I had to go to main centre almost 20min drive spent extra gas and 1,5 hr total because of this and then the lady said they are giving the last one. In addition the dolly sucks I was expecting a bigger wheels on that thing. And last but not least the truck is awesome in terms of mechanics and maintenance but the box was pretty dirty, lots of dust and small trash and stains on the walls.
Oleksii PThe location is great for pickup, and the staff are kind and helpful. My only concern is about customer service. We originally booked a different location in Niagara Falls, but customer service called us and told us they didn’t have any units available there, so our pickup would be moved to Welland. She didn’t seem interested in helping me, so my husband had to call again. That’s when she offered us a bigger truck in Niagara Falls. It was frustrating because we didn’t understand why that option wasn’t offered from the beginning instead of trying to send us 25 minutes away.
