first i droped of the truck same day around 9:30 pm but the lady couldn't complete the return because they were having some kind of their own issues. I left the truck their and then the next day they process the payment of whatever i was quoted and signed. After day or two again i got a message that there is a remaining balane of $12.43. first my wife went their to ask if these charges were legit so she can pay but they coundn't varify so she came back without paying. i went back their to ask what it is for, they had no clue. i wanted to pay but they couldn't find me in their. They told me its all cleared. so i also came back. Today again i got message that i owe $12.43. So ididn't want to go back there so i paid online without waisting my time to find out what or why. Now about 8 pm i got another message that the pending charges on the account is $42.43. also threaten me that they will forward this to collection agency if not paid. I will sort this out later but if you guys are plaining to rent or dropoff at Victoria bombay mart location, please avoid.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was initially made to wait for the vehicle as the person renting it prior returned it late, gas tank on empty, and the owners never even looked at it before I took it. All they said was take pictures. A very slow processing and not much in the way of customer service. I would NEVER return there!
ALEXANDER IA Low Tire sign was on which I noticed right when I was driving away from the rental place. I had to go out of my way to get the tires checked and the driver's side rear inside tire was at only 40PSI, supposed to be 80. It added stress and time to a long trip to see that right away the van needed to be looked at. I took pictures of the van before I left to get the mileage and just did not notice that the Low Tire sign was on. I would expect the place renting the van to make sure all is functioning correctly before I pick it up. The lady at the counter was polite and helpful, but someone needs to make sure warning lights are not on before it is rented.
katherine hThe truck was dirty and smells so bad. With cardboard boxes and cigarette ashes in the cargo space. Dashboard has engine light.
johnrie gToo much confusion at the pickup location. Their debit card machine wasn't working and demanded we pay in cash . The equipment we ordered was not available. We arrived back early and a different person said we owed more money and the other person who waited on us earlier tried to tell them no . But he argued with her , so it made the transaction confusing and uncomfortable.
