Well first of the proprietor needs to be there on time. Then not try to charge the customer for gas and the vehicle came back with same amount that it left with. Also the vehicle was turned in the same day it was checked out and he said it was brought back the next day.

Left gas tank on E. 4 miles until empty. Opted in for personal check in and no one was there luckily o was able to check in online.
