Your convoluted app rental experience cost me almost 2 hours, it did not tell me I couldn’t rent Dollie’s at an unmanned location. The hours of operation online were wrong. I’ll never use Uhauls app again

Coleman CNo one was onsite when we arrived. I was provided the combination to the outside key box to get my keys. No dolly in the truck and was told to just look in an outside room which was a restroom to see if one was in there which there wasn’t. Someone finally arrived an hour and a half late. Blamed his staff for not being prepared. Opened other trucks until a dolly was found then put it in the truck we were renting.
Nancy BJust fill up the tank 1/4 gas is hard to do on return. We as rental is being cheated. Upon return the rental fill it back up.
