No one was onsite when we arrived. I was provided the combination to the outside key box to get my keys. No dolly in the truck and was told to just look in an outside room which was a restroom to see if one was in there which there wasn’t. Someone finally arrived an hour and a half late. Blamed his staff for not being prepared. Opened other trucks until a dolly was found then put it in the truck we were renting.

Just fill up the tank 1/4 gas is hard to do on return. We as rental is being cheated. Upon return the rental fill it back up.
bobbie nWell first of the proprietor needs to be there on time. Then not try to charge the customer for gas and the vehicle came back with same amount that it left with. Also the vehicle was turned in the same day it was checked out and he said it was brought back the next day.
LARRY MLeft gas tank on E. 4 miles until empty. Opted in for personal check in and no one was there luckily o was able to check in online.

MUBIN HU-HAUL kept changing my order pick up and didn’t provide negotiated reimbursement. Equipment in truck was not what was ordered.
Magan CDealer was very courteous. He’s a new dealer so he took his time which was helpful because everything was explained very well.
