The site is cramped, with inadequate patron parking, nor space inside the gates to maneuver vehicles. However, the attitude of the ownership is outstanding. They actually answer their phone unlike the uhaul outfit at Tropicana Field. The manager of the store I rented from is hungry to make and keep his business and it shows in his positive attitude. I have already recommended his business and I will use him repeatedly.jim Z.

Office smelled like weed. I was charged additional fees due to mileage since they charged from the uhaul location and not the hour away to my house. Additionally, the drop off location differed from my reservation to my confirmation. The drop off AGAIN was changed to almost 2 hours away from where I was going. I was on hold for over an hour trying to get the drop off location fixed so that I was not charged a â€œwrong drop off feeâ€. Overall, terrible experience and I will not be using uhaul again.Allison J.

This place was not even a business, looks like a condemned slum. Noone was even there for drop off, waited over 40 mins then finally some representative said go online and follow the after hours procedures or she would have someone call. I had to digitally accept every side condition of this vechile and the rep expected me to just leave it at this dump unchecked. So an hour later the business rep finally calls and his resolution was take it somewhere else. 1.5 hours later I arrived at a dealer who took the truck then charged me for going over the miles. Definitely will be exploring other options.Bryan M.

The app was not working, so we had to go inside to pick up our truck and none of the staff were wearing or even had a mask.Nicholas R.
First, the standard maintenance checklist should include checking wiper-blades. I lost TWO HOURS of driving time by having to wait for "roadside assistance" after discovering the problem quite some distance from the pickup location. Second, the gentlemen were nice enough, but they really didn't inspire a lot of confidence... no uniforms, the shop looked like a total mess, and they didn't offer some of the most basic moving supplies that I expected U-Haul to be able to sell me.Brian B.
