Suzanne HeddenWhen I arrived there were two guys sitting outside looking like bums One were drinking a beer the other was just starring nobody welcomed me or greetted me properly So I were sceptical about leaving the equipment here This place is just a vendor of uhaul They are not professional are very rude and did not assist with removing hitch and autotransport off of the truck. The manager put the wrong information into the system when I dropped off the autotransport causing me to have to call uhaul multiple times to assist with this They are not uhaul employees just a local dealer therefore I could not get my cash deposit back I have to have it mailed to me and I had to call uhaul multiple times to give them the correct address to send my check to because the manager at that site kept changing my address to make the check go to somewhere else other than my address out of spite because I had an issue about not being able to get my cash deposit back No one told me that they were just affiliated with uhaul that way and that they are just a local drop spot Do not go here I dont recommend this location!! Please they dont do anything by the books just their own manuel way.

MICHEL ST SURINOne of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. No one was at the pick up location when I arrived other than another customer trying to pick up a tow dolly. After 45 minutes of getting the runaround on the telephone the owner told us that she was at a doctors office in another town. Another 15 minutes on the phone with her trying to do the paperwork for a truck that we had reserved online I filled out all the information. We were told the truck had a quarter of a tank a gas but the low fuel light came on as we were pulling out of the parking lot and the change oil light was on. I will drive many miles to pick up a truck at a different location next time.

Londrell KelseyI had a 9 am appointment to pick up the equipment only to find it closed. After two calls to the corporate hotline, the owner arrives at the facility at 9:48 am. Her tardiness disrupted my and the movers' schedule; she did not apologize for her delay. In addition to the lateness, the owner wasn't very helpful. She stated that she wasn't sure how to attach the trailer to the back of the Uhaul truck, nor did she provide instructions on how to secure my 2021 car during the long trip from GA to TX. Fortunately, a gentleman in the vicinity that was able to help attach the trailer and my movers graciously loaded my car onto the trailer's bed after loading the truck. On the second day of our trip, the straps slipped from around the tires four times! This exacerbated an already stressful situation. After discussing the issue with the gentlemen at the return center, I discovered that every authorized dealer is required to know how to operate every piece of equipment. I'm not sure why she could not help, but rest assure that I would never recommend this business at all!

Jim WrightI returned the trailer as I thought I was supposed to. Talking to someone on the phone, I followed the instructions they gave me. They never mentioned being late. They never called letting me know about the extra charge they were putting on my debit card. But I was charged for another day. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND U-HAUL AGAIN.

Beth TeaboThe equipment needs to be oil or grease often because of the weather cause it to rust and hard to operate. It would be helpful if the location would explain the details of the rental,if there's no paperwork for the Customer.
