We had ordered a U-Haul from the Falls Cburch location but nothing was available. I had to be on the phone for an hour - with someone from Maryland and not Virginia - to discuss the change in location for pick-up.Trent G.
Shut this place down. The reserved items that I requested were not at this location causing me to add 25 miles to the odometer and taking 3 hours of my time so that I could drive to another location in Arlington. The weather stripping was coming off the door and the firewall in the passenger compartment was dislodged. Other uhaul trucks that were there were crashed into each other waiting for another customer to pick up damaged vehicles.Marquet J.

I did not know that having an out of state license would impede the pick-up process of the rental. I had to provide contact information for someone to verify my identity (two people needed to be contacted). Not knowing this, I did not know who was available to answer the phone call. This held up the rental process by 20-30 minutes.Courtney C.

During this COVID-19 time, the truck was not sanitized and it had a terrible odor. In addition the man who waited on me did not have the best customer service training or attitude. He didn't wear a mask ??.patricia C.

My contract had a different return location, I was apprised by txt message that i was to return the equipment to a different location. The updated location was not convenient at all. A phone call or email asking if I could change return locations would have been much better.Michael T.

I asked for 24 blankets, they only had 12. I asked for heavy duty dolly, they didn't have it. They said the truck had a regular dolly - it didn't. I was charged for it though. Because I have other things going on, I'm not going to quibble over 7 dollars. Overall, a not great experience.Stephan V.

The folks that M&B were super friendly and helpful! I appreciated how quickly I got the truck and how professional they were. I would highly recommend them! I did have trouble getting the U-Haul app to work properly in order to return the truck. That took up a lot of time and was frustrating. U-Haul needs to work out those kinks.Brianne W.

During the recent U-haul network shutdown, the owner kindly called me as soon as the system was back up to get me set up and ready so I didn't have to look for another rental at the last minute. The location was great, but the customer service provided by the 1800 number was horrible. I had called to change the date and time of my reservation, but everything else to remain the same (drop off in different location, size of truck) and the lady on the phone said she had processed it and that I would be notified of my drop off location when I picked up the truck. And also, she said I would get a confirmation email. I didn't get a confirmation and instead I received a reminder for my old reservation. When I emailed back, I told them I needed the date and time changed again, I received a call saying the reservation had changed. I again did not receive a confirmation email, but the rep left a voicemail confirming it had been changed, so I thought that was sufficient. When I went to the location to pick up the truck, I was advised the rep did not set it up for me to drop it off at another location and I had to come back to that location and if I wanted to do a one way trip, I had to pick up the truck from another location 45 minutes away. The rep at the store said there was nothing he could do about that because that's how the reservation was set up, which was not what I asked for.Nadia Q.
