The clerk was friendly but they do multiple jobs and I had to wait until they were done with their other tasks before he could help me. The first person greeted us after standing there for two minutes but she could not help us. Then they still needed to check the truck in from the previous person. Instead of going right out to do it they stopped to talk with another coworker. When he came back in he appeared to be stumping through the process in the computer. They only had one truck but luckyly I only needed it for an hour so I could use it. They could not provide me a paper receipt or paper contract because their print does not work. I did not sign any documents. There was a text confirmation but it was confusing and did not work the way the sales person described it. The sales person never quoted a rental price for the truck to me prior to rental and never gave an estimated cost based on miles. He did not explain the price would be different based on how far we drove. I could not figure out how to adjust the mirrors in the truck. It would have been helpful if the sale clerk had come out side with us when we went to the truck to confirm we were alset and to answer any questions we had.

The company it self is great. The people at this location do try to scam you. They told me that my payment due to credit card did not go through. So I paid cash. And then before I left I got a notification that they did except the payment on my credit card. So I had to go back inside and get my cash back. Very deceiving.
David LThe pharmacist was surprisingly good at helping when the app refused to work. Please overhaul the app so it is actually user-friendly. I use uhaul more frequently than most people and I always have difficulty with the app.

They not only helped me in my closing of the pay efficiently and actually gave me a ride back to my home and I even was able to get my booster vaccine all in this drop off trip. sara nThe truck was filthy dirty inside and out. I had to thoroughly clean the cab, clean the windows and sweep out the back. it took me an hour and set my trip back. A person who rented this before me had dogs and they messed inside the cab. It was awful. The owner at the rental location was friendly, though. He tried to make things right.
GERALD JThe only thing that was not convenient was we had to take truck back to original location instead of a drop off place by our house so had to pay for return trip mileage.
BRADLEY JThe Trucks front end was bowed. The front tires were completely bald and bowing. I am surprised the truck even made it to the end destination without a blown tire or some other kind of failure. Moving blankets were not provided. I was sent on a goose chase to other UHaul vendors which were not willing to provide the moving blankets. I finally found a U Haul vendor who was willing to help and provided the blankets. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had when renting a vehicle. I plan on calling customer service as I don’t think that I should be paying full price for a poorly maintained truck and poor customer service.
