It was not obvious how to access the rental at this location (i.e., must call Uhaul 24-hour service for assistance to get code for key from lockbox, etc.). The truck was pretty dirty on the inside and the A/C had a strong odor.

No one informed me that all uhaul location closed early on Sunday My drop off day Had to scramble to find a drop off place
Terry HPersonnel was very helpful and stated they would take care of everything and nothing for me to do. However, I found that he charged me for 2 more gallons of gas at $5.50/gallon after just putting 5 gallons in it for $3.50+/-. I returned the tank to the half tank position of which I received it. My fault for not taking pictures before and after. Helpful personnel would have been more helpful if I just did it myself.
