Had to have two tires replaced not due to road hazard. Was over charged by 400.00$
Timothy NThis was a terrible experience. The person at the gas station clearly did not know what they were doing, and had to get help via Facetime from her manager to complete the check out process. She was very nice and tried to help, but clearly had not been trained. Also, the Uhaul app is TERRIBLE...takes way too long, requires too many photos and was very inefficient. It was even worse for the drop off check in where after taking all of the interior and exterior photos, the app went backwards, and required that I take ALL of the photos again before checking me out and sending the final invoice. I would MUCH rather work with a properly trained human being than this pathetic app based process. I will look elsewhere for any future rental needs for sure.
Robert GAwful. Had one person in front of me. Attendant could not get his drivers license to upload. Only one person working. Attendant would keep leaving to check out customers buying gas and cigarettes. Awful experience. Will never go back. Took over an hour when I had done all check in online. Do not go here! Btw the ap sucks. Why do I have to upload my drivers license every time I rent a trailer? Ridiculous.
ERIC SNew location. getting in from south side, where most of the traffic comes from, is very difficult for Uhaul truck and trailer because of narrow u-turn is required.
SEYMOUR LNot happy with this company when returning the truck. The gas was at half a tank and charging me more for fuel than what it was and also for miles which are now owed when I had to go way out of my way to pick up the truck. I do not recommend using U- Haul because they charge you alot more than expected.

PETER SImprove your app. If the area you are renting from doesn’t have the greatest signal WiFi coverage it becomes painful to use your app. Instead of starting my move @8 we took 45 min to fill out you app.

Michael MI had to to hook up the trailer to my car and I was not provided and cable to attach my lights to the trailer. I had to go back to the shop and the women was less then helpful. Eventually when she started to remember that I rented the trailer from there the day before she offered to call her boss
