It is a C store and the drop off was easy but it is not that complicated of a process. The one thing I didn’t like with the U Haul process is the gas. The truck should be full when picked up and the renter should bring it back full just like rental car companies. It is just stupid to require the renter to fill it to the exact amount as when picked up. I had 7/16 of a tank when I picked it up so I had to go get gas right away because I did not want to start the trip with less than half a tank. Sorry but stupid process

Roger DVery easy drop-off. This is a Marathon gas station. The attendants, however, can handle the drop-off. In this case, the attendant understood that I was tired and rather than push me to use the app for the drop-off, she took care of the whole thing. Even offered me a fountain soda! Great experience
