Once again I requested a drop off site that would have a person to check me in. My original site wasn’t one of the options given when I checked in and there was no way to get my original location. While completing the drop off form online I was charged an additional fee for mileage which was incorrect. I wasn’t able to complete the form as there was no option to decline payment for this additional charge.
Brian KThe Military Ave location doesn't have an inside person who will...or, is able to...assist with any questions regarding U-Haul. Also, I didn't realize until after I had gotten into the truck that I had to take pictures of all 4 sides of the vehicle. It needed to be parked away from other vehicles so you can get the whole vehicle in the shot, so it took some time. This information should be up front so people can do it right away, before the person who dropped them off drives away.

Shannon PWhile I wouldn't necessarily recommend the location to a friend per-se (it wasn't above and beyond), it wasn't terrible. One downside that I did encounter is that the truck did not come with the pads that I expected, and the person inside didn't really know why.
Samuel MHave the keys ready, I confirmed my reservation 4+ times and still had to call the morning of at the location because it wasn’t ready.
