The North Ferrisburgh facility was great. The people were helpful and awesome. The truck I had to wrestle was awful. The check in experience was great, no problems and they were very helpful in making sure I was reimbursed for the maintenance I had to perform on the truck during the trip.

Pick Up was seamless - the truck warmed up for me. Would have been better to have Truck gas full - made it easier when I estimated the amount of gas needed at return.

There is no cell phone reception at this location so you must pick up during hours they are open. The truck had very poor breaks. The location where we originally was supposed to pick up the truck (Williston, VT) was going to give us a Veterans discount when we picked it up. Then Uhaul changed our pickup location and we did not get the discount.

Not make me drive 25 miles to pick up the truck. So my first 25 free Mike's I had to waste driving back to where I was moving from.

I will never rent a U-Haul again nor will I refer anybody, your service is unprofessional nobody gave a damn and your equipment is outdated and dirty and disgusting.

The engine light was on. The windshield was cracked. This place is remote rentals only which is not how it was presented to me. When it opens at 9 no one is there to help you. People are there but they do not want to be bothered and tell you it is remote only. I reserved 8 dozen blankets and there were nine in the truck. They were extremely unhelpful.

Had to wait along time for any help. Uhaul computer system seemed daunting for the uhaul dealer and myself as a customer. Total wait time to pick up reservation was about an hour.
