I dropped off the truck on a Sunday, so Marcotte was closed. Very convenient location on Route 7.

Matthew BThe North Ferrisburgh facility was great. The people were helpful and awesome. The truck I had to wrestle was awful. The check in experience was great, no problems and they were very helpful in making sure I was reimbursed for the maintenance I had to perform on the truck during the trip.
BOHDAN WPick Up was seamless - the truck warmed up for me. Would have been better to have Truck gas full - made it easier when I estimated the amount of gas needed at return.
SHERI SThere is no cell phone reception at this location so you must pick up during hours they are open. The truck had very poor breaks. The location where we originally was supposed to pick up the truck (Williston, VT) was going to give us a Veterans discount when we picked it up. Then Uhaul changed our pickup location and we did not get the discount.
