The engine light was on. The windshield was cracked. This place is remote rentals only which is not how it was presented to me. When it opens at 9 no one is there to help you. People are there but they do not want to be bothered and tell you it is remote only. I reserved 8 dozen blankets and there were nine in the truck. They were extremely unhelpful.
Ken VHad to wait along time for any help. Uhaul computer system seemed daunting for the uhaul dealer and myself as a customer. Total wait time to pick up reservation was about an hour.
