Smallwr location and the guys didn't know the system very well but had excellent customer service skills and got us on the road as fast as they could.

The worker or agent helping me wasn’t professional. He really didn't know what he was doing. He rented me a truck that wasn’t allowed Than he had to refund me back n took forever for him to do the process n he didn’t know how to do it n had to call the main office. Literally he made an easy rental transaction into a big problem/issues. I was suppose to rent 15 footer n end up renting 10 footer. The 10 footer had issue problem with air tight seal on the driver door. I drove from Fresno to Las Vegas with air blowing through the door with loud wind noise like window was down because the truck had door accident n they didn’t repair it right. If I knew that I wouldn't rent that truck. I just need to report this about him n that place. Wasn’t satisfied paying that much money moving.

The trailer was well maintained, but the spiders and webs on the inside could have been swept out, and the exterior could have been hosed down.

Cheaper per mile I used it for 5 hours and paid 200 dollars when I wasn’t told it would be by mile and that it would be around 100 and paid double

Mr Marin made this process simple and quick. He was professional and made everything easy to understand. The rate was great and I will definitely utilize this location in the future!

Pick up was a challenge. I think we restarted the contract 3 times before we could leave with the truck. We also added a dolly to our cart but when we picked up, they had no dolly creating more time to edit the contract. It took almost an hour to leave the property with the truck.
