I ordered through the app and added a dolly and wheeled furniture mover. The location I selected did not have those extra items. He told me he would delete them from my order because u-haul doesn’t confirm that the store has the items before they offer them to customers.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGentleman checking out the truck was hilarious. We had some good laughs.
Emmanuel RThe staff member was very helpful and understanding. Got us in and out quickly.
erin fI rented a one-way rental, with significant damage on the top of the passenger side . I received a call in regards to a missing dolly and damage , which I clearly took pictures of . One way rentals tend to be sent with damage so a different location has to deal with the drama of having to file claims/fix equipment. In my case I was the lucky one who is now dealing with this. Images are showing when picked up it clearly was damaged .
