Despite being very busy and short staffed, the clerk greeted me politely, expedited the check in, and thanked me for the business. 2nd time we've worked with this site for a rental and pleasant experience both times.

I had left some personal belongings in the U-Haul and when I realized it, I called and went back and one of my messing items was missing. And so the police was called.
BRIONNA BU-Haul charges repetitive fuel charges. I was charged for a fuel service fee, mileage and fuel. I returned the truck with the same amount of gas as it had when I picked it up. That seems excessive to be charged for gas 4 times (by naming it differently). I also needed to extend the rental for 2 hours and was charged a whole day.

NASHEA MPlease allow me to keep my agreed contract location. I was supposed to pick up in Raleigh but it was changed to another location when I went to pick up the truck
SIMEON RThey don't come out to inspect the vehicle prior to giving it to you. They don't help you hook up the trailers to your vehicle. They will try to take time away from your rental even if your 5min early for pickup(example. Booked for a 4pm pickup showed up at 355 They said return time was 3pm next day with a 24hour rental)
CASEY DWe ordered a 20 ft truck 2 weeks prior and when we showed up the lady behind the counter was VERY rude said they only had 15 ft trucks. They did have 1 26 ft truck parked out front that was just returned so she did give us that without paying extra but she was so very rude! When we dropped off the gentlemen behind the counter didn't speak English and had to call someone on the phone to come to the store so we had to wait for this guy to show up so we could return the truck.
JOSHUA HWe have two BAD experiences with this location. They are not helpful at all! We will make sure to never use this location again!

SONIA BThis is the third time Uhaul has not had what I reserved at the location and I had to go somewhere else to pick it up. I was given less than 24 hours notice of this. This time I was told I could get a van at the location I went to but when I got there I was told there was no van even though the gentleman could see they had a van reserved for me then changed it. Horrible customer service experience.

I was charged an extra $75 to drop the truck off at a different location, not to mention the time it took to sort it out. Another awful Uhaul experience.

Tyler MThe U-Haul computer system was down when I originally wanted to rent a trailer. The trailer was sitting there, but could not be rented because there was no way to complete the paperwork. I went back two days later and everything was back to normal. This is not a fault of the rental agent. I contacted several other dealers in the area and they were all in the same predicament. I had no help in connecting the trailer to my vehicle. Someone to insure I had sone it correctly would have been nice; especially verifying the brake lights operated.

Luis DThe male that was working the store was on the phone the whole time, did not acknowledge us at all. We put gas in the truck when we got to the return location and they charged us an additional $36.41. When I call the store about the charges, they said they will look into and call back. They never returned the call and when I called back they said there’s nothing they can do.

katherine jThe customer service at this location was amazing! However, the truck itself drove horrible! The windshield wipers were no good and the trucks steering wheel just kept turning like a school bus. I felt every bump in the road. Thank god I didn’t have far to go.

Jose THave managers over the location be respectful to all customers no mater what issue or problem there is. Don't talk over a customer let alone ignore what they are explaining to you and definitely not to hang up in the middle of the phone call.

Philip MIt has been 20 days since I moved. Uhaul systems were down the day that I moved so I was unable to pay for my mileage, only for the truck and insurance. I called for two days after trying to pay for it with no luck. They did not notify me they were going to charge me for the mileage and yesterday my bank account was drained. I had 5 dollars left. I can no longer afford groceries. Please notify your customers when you are going to charge them for a truck they rented 20 days ago.

Michael SThe only problem I encountered was that there was no one available to help me hook up. I am a 78 year old female, the trailer was parked on grass, we had just had a hard rain so it was muddy and although I managed to lift the hitch I could not roll the trailer to get it to catch on the hitch. I finally flagged down a gentleman leaving this location and requested his help.
