The only issue that I have with the motorcycle trailer is that the base where you drive onto the trailer is corrugated metal. My bike is heavy and when I went up on it, because of the hills and valleys of the corrugated floor, it caught a bolt on the bottom of my bike. Upon viewing this, I could see that I was not the only person that had this issue as there was existing damage to the corrugation from other bikes. Fix the on ramp area by flattening this out, and you would have 5 stars.

Edward BFirst, I went to pick up my reserved truck at Riley Hill Road. The key for the truck was not available. Also, the order was done incorrectly. I had to go to the Mario Mini Mart to pick up the truck, where the store clerk was very rude and impatient. She gave a truck that was covered in a muddy area and dirty. I requested another truck and was given a hard time. This was all heard by the U-Haul representative who was still on the phone. Furthermore, I have to drive an additional twenty minutes to get the truck at the Mario Mini Mart location. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. I request someone from corporate to contact me about this matter.

Roy WMario mini mart was not open when I returned my truck. I know they open early, but the associate pulled up at 1130ish right when I was about to leave. At this point there were about 5 or 6 people waiting for the place open a few hrs late. A tall thin guy hopped out a little black SUV with a total attitude to everyone there like we did something to him. I explained i just spoke to customer service and they said drop the 26ft truck to that location, he told me NO. Customer Service calls my cell and now tells me after telling me 2hrs before that it was ok to drop the truck off, that now I can't because of space. I just spent $10,000 with Uhaul within the last two weeks,so guess what I'm leaving the truck here you guys can figure it out. If you didn't know if that location was full,then you should of never agreed to the drop off location and i spoke to customer service over the phone i didn't just make it up. This guy at Mario mini mart in Wendell NC not only shouldn't be managing variety store but definitely not a Uhaul, his customer service was absolutely horrible. On top of that the week before I rented a auto transport and paid around 300ish for it. Literally 7 days later in Danvers Ma, I had to rent another and the price jumped $500 to almost $900 bucks!! INSANE!!! I had to bite the bullet because I had shit to do but wow!! 500 dollar increase in 7 days was not expected at all. I have never had any major issues with Uhaul besides price, and I've actually dealt with a few rude employees before but this guy at Mario mini mart was just not a happy person.

Charles M1. The uhaul was on empty when I received it. I had to immediately get gas before I even left. The uhaul said it had 20 miles left. It was on empty. 2. The uhaul kept trying to cut off. Everytime I put it in drive it shook badly and shut off. I had to continue to put it in park or it would shake badly in drive and turn off. So scary. The uhaul was in poor condition. I complained and they said it was fine. Horrible experience.
