Elizabeth R.U-haul should be embarrassed and ashamed keeping a truck like this on the road. Truck was dirty on the inside and looked like it had not been cleaned on the inside for years. I can't believe how loud the vehicle was while driving. Thankfully it was a short trip and we did not have far to go. I don't think we would have made it through a longer trip. This truck has over 170,000 miles on it and definitely needs a new transmission. Very loud and I was embarrassed driving it. Time to take this off the road. I will never rent from U-haul again. Very embarrassing.

Charged for 2 gallons of gas after I put in gas and only drove 7 miles Does uhaul only get 3.5 miles to the gallon? Truck bed is HORRIBLE!! wood so deteriorated, jagged and rotting- my furniture was BADLY scratched, multiple splinters in my hands, ot was a mess. Wheels didnt even turn on the furniture trolley I rented. Horrible. NEVER going back

MIKAYLAGRACE R.The only problem I had was location services With the link provided from uhaul. I was unable to turn on when returning rental after hours. I was charged $28 to verify mileage gas etc. which is wrong. I hope uhaul reverses $28 charge.

Peter A.first of all I had a "guaranteed reservation". what is the guarantee? see below... I called the day before to confirm they told me they had the trailer. I then drove 4 hours to the location. I got there and it had a flat tire that was obviously flat for a very long time. the merchant called uhaul and they said they couldn't be there until Monday. despite a perfectly good trailer sitting next to it, I was not allowed to use it. the only other trailer they would rent me was 4 hours out of my trip. I then took it upon myself to call roadside assistance, it took over 2 hours to find a service man to come to change the tire. this entire endeavor added over 4 hours to my day. I would like a phone call to follow up on this.
