The app and trying to locate the trucks were aweful. No numbers on the mailbox that had the key so you had to trial and error all of them. Your app is one of the worst I've used in 10 years. It's not user friendly. It makes no sense. And is full of broken links. Aweful experience. Fire your product and tech employees. They should be embarrassedEdward D.

There was one attendant and I had to connect the trailer but his directions were good enough to locate and connect the trailer. The only thing I would suggest is that the attendant be free to go out to the trailer and provide direction on how to lock the trailer to the vehicle.Daniel M.
Customer service was amazing. Great people to work with. Truck was a hot pile of poop. I didn't feel comfortable with the breaks. Truck smelled like old maple syrup but not in a good way. Truck back door was stuck and had to use a ton of force to open. Again thoughâ€¦.the staff was pleasant. You should probably retire that truck. It had 150k miles and seemed like a death trap. I reserved moving blankets but they weren't in the truck. I didn't end up needing them, but it would be good for the staff to confirm everything for the rental is in the truck - I didn't think to look inside the truck until we'd arrived at our storage unit and it was too late then.DINA L.

I had to use this location as I was told the day of my move that Cohoes location could not provide me a vehicle. Changed location that was over 22 miles away. And they charged me the additional mileage despite the mistake on U Haul's part. The people at Saratoga were very nice, but the vehicle was not clean inside and the warning lights for the tires were on the entire time. Something was not right with the truck. Cohoes location would get 1 star for screwing up my entire experience. Again, notifying me the morning of my move that they no longer had a truck available without offering any discount is poor business.Daniel L.

Online system changed time of reservation. From what we had selected with no notice. We ended up with a more expensive truck. When what we originally reserved was sitting there all day because we had to drive by the pick up place during the move.James B.

Taking possession of the vehicle was a huge hassle. I don't know how the computer system works, but the employee apparently doesn't either. I tried using my primary credit card and then had to try using both of my backup credit cards, all of which were not going through. These cards are issued from different banks and have almost no balance on them, so the issue could not have been on my end, yet the employee spent about 20 minutes trying them in using various methods before even trying to call a superior for help. Since I had multiple errands to run with the vehicle, this caused me to have to have to hustle to a couple of destinations in a less efficient route than originally planned, putting on more miles than I should have had to. I had already used my card earlier that day and also used it again after getting the U-haul vehicle, so it was definitely not my end. Somehow, using my father's card was a success, so I'm thinking the employee put my information into the computer with a typo or something and didn't have the intelligence to try to double-check her work. I would imagine that the issue is highly probable to be due to something with the addresses provided, since I have a different billing address than my mailing/residence address. I did take great care to ask how my addresses are used in the system in anticipation of order processing issues, and the employee's answers were probably incorrect. Furthermore, the vehicle needs work badly. There was no way to know about these issues until getting it on the road. Something in the drive train is groaning, as evident by the sound being intermittent and proportional to wheel speed. There was a rattle from somewhere else. Something small and metal fell off during one acceleration up a hill. I don't know what it was, only that I heard it fall off and saw it in the mirror. The vehicle also had an intense steering wheel wobble at highway speeds, indicating yet another serious problem with the drive train. The previous experience with the employee left me no time to go back for a replacement vehicle.David A.

Location was great, as it was between the two destinations. The technician was very professional and accommodating to help me with my rental as soon as practical. The truck was clean and operated well. However, there was a layer of dirt on the floor of the container, which was most likely from a previous user and required me to sweep it all out before loading. The issue wasn't with the equipment or the lady working. The lady was all alone, working the Uhaul side, and gas station side, having to run out and work the full service pump, then to come back in and help others. She was extremely nice and apologetic about the delay. Just wanted to say that she was great and deserved some recognition. 2 dozen blankets were not in the back of the truck, as reserved. Thankfully there was an attendant coming on shift that took care of it. There were drink straw wrappers, a lighter and pen in the console. Upon return the attendant identified that the blankets, that were used, needed to be folded. I was very happy with all the services, the woman that worked there was very nice and informative, what I wasn't happy about is that the inside of the truck was filthy dirty with what appeared to be dirt, mud and manure all over the floors and even the walls. We had to sweep, wash and wipe down all the walls and floors before we could put our belongings in the truck.
