My first time ever driving a Uhaul, and would rent again if needed....Customer Service was great in NY....
theresa wMy appointment was for 9:00am, I got there at 8:45. My rental return was for 9:00. She said she would leave that and I also had an hour to return it before getting charged another day. I returned at around 9:50. He charged me for another day even though I told him what she said. Very upsetting.
RUTH BTruck was pretty dirty, garbage in door handles. Customer service was great.
