Bill UStaff was especially helpful in working on a problem that was our fault. They were friendly and efficient.
LAUREN cWas charged for equipment that was never in the U-Haul confusion between two branches. They clearly did not communicate at all whatsoever as I was never issued a refund. I was given the option to do extra legwork to make it happen, which is unacceptable for a customer service company.
Anna EThe ratchet mechanism was corroded and difficult to operate. Spraying the spindle with WD40 would help.
