I had trouble putting the trailer on the hitch and the associate came out and helped me. Great service.

Kenneth YCharged me 25$ cleaning fee stating it had trash and garbage in back. That is false. I literally moved a couch. No garbage in back what so ever. I tried to talk to representative today and he argued and kicked me out of the store. This was horrible.

MARGARET LI originally had a reservation for pickup in Guilderland on Route 20. When I arrived, I was told there was no truck available even though I had a reservation. No one notified me ahead of time. Then I filed a complaint and never heard back. Terrible way to run a business.

JUSTIN CBrandon was wonderful very easy to work with, it was my first time renting a U-Haul and I was very pleased with Brandon‘s customer service although, on the other hand, I wasn’t very happy with U-Haul itself. I put a piece of tape where the gas was I took a picture before I left a lot and after I left a lot, I made sure the gas was where the tape was and where it was in the picture and they still said I was underneath what I was supposed to be so I was a little confused about that and I was charged for gas. I was also told that I brought it back after it was due, which was not true. I took a picture on the lot when I dropped it off at 12:35 PM. I was due back at 1:30 PM. I was told I dropped it off at 2:15 PM so they did not charge me for it but it’s still the fact that I was told that I brought it back late knowing I didn’t because I handed my key directly to Brandon. Also, Brandon was very helpful on Thanksgiving when I saw charges coming through for U-Haul such as the mileage and the gas, I thought the mileage was already pre-charged for the 30 miles that I had gone because he asked an estimate of what I thought I was going I said 30 miles I thought that was already charged to Me, but then I was charged for the whole mileage not just what was left of the 30 miles so that’s a little deceiving when people pick up their U-Haul. They should be told that they’re not being charged for mileage until after so they don’t think they’re already paying for partial mileage. Just a thought thank you.

WAYNE RI was disappointed that I was charged a 2 gallon gas charge of $10 when the total mileage was 8 miles for 2 hours of use. That seems excessive based on how many miles per gallon the vehicle gets. I used the same vehicle at the same location on Sept 21, 2025 for the same trip and the price was basically double. The service was great but the cost seemed excessive

EDUARD MI was charged $40 extra for a cleaning fee just because there was some dust on the dashboard. Ridiculous. Will never rent there again.

JUDSON HI got charged for a ding that was already on the vehicle. I have never damaged any of the uhaul equipment. I use uhaul an awful lot. And I won't use or recommend use of uhaul equipment.

I dropped off an hour after they closed and the check out process was easy through app. Most of all, Brandon (I believe his name was, I’m awful with names) was absolutely fantastic! I will be returning!

MARK ADoesn't need improvement. It was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful.
JOHN CThe trailer was fully functional, but had some wear and tear. The license plate was damaged but readable, and It did not appear to have a current registration sticker (the 2 affixed were between 2 and 5 years old / expired). There was some noted previous damage, but did not affect the intended use of the trailer. All other aspects of the trailer (brakes, hitch, wheel tie-downs, etc.) were in good working order with no sign of wear.
MICHAEL LI rented a 26' truck. It had an exhaust leak, tires were bald and there was an issue with the RPM's coming down hills. Maxing out at 4,000 at times. I kept putting it in neutral coming down large hills.
BRANDY JEverything was great from the on line reservation to pick up and drop off….Thanks. Brandon is an excellent on site representative for UHaul.
