The truck smelled and was sticky when I got into it.

Brandon AI would prefer that they hand off the vehicle with a full tank of gas so that you know exactly how much gas to pump upon return. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.
DAVID LThe guy who checked me out should not be allowed to work in customer service. He was impatient, got irritated by any clarifying questions, all his answers essentially directed me to contact u haul and meant to inform that he has no desire to help. He started with a stern "sir" and then programmatically repeated the same info. It was a very awkward and unpleasant experience. The truck has cigarette butts on the floor, and hadn't been cleaned for a while. Too bad you have to deal with random weirdos to rent a u haul truck.

COLTON RThe trailer was fine but the person behind the was not very friendly. Apparently, he said to stop by after I connected the trailer to my truck and before I left, but I thought he said stop by after. When I brought the trailer back, I had seen him checking the lights on another trailer, so I mentioned that he didn't do that with me. He was a bit snarky and said, "Well I told you to stop around front before you left". I told him I didn't realize he said before and thought he meant after I brought it back. He snidely said, "No that's not what I said". I was apparently supposed to get back my $8 fee for accidental damage, but he charged me for that. I guess maybe because he didn't get to take a picture of the trailer before I left. I rent from the Marion Ave Mobil station all the time, and this is my first experience like this one. Hopefully it's my last experience like that one as well.

JAMES MThe truck was absolutely disgusting and it should have been cleaned out before it was released to be rented out. I had to be extra careful with my belongings as to not get black stains all over them. Some of my property was stained due to the filth.

MICHAEL FThe trailer was about 15 years old and in very rough shape with gashes and patched holes in the rear door and in general disrepair. Paint on the sides were peeling off. The tire pressures on the trailer were in the 50lb range not the required 65 lbs, and had I not asked to have the tire pressure rechecked, they would have let me drive out of there. According to you own literature, low tire pressure and differing pressures in each tire are the major cause of trailer failure. Lastly, the location was covered in ice and as I walked to the trailer I slipped, fell directly backwards, and struck the back of my head on the parking area surface hard enough to see stars and suffer a headache.
PAUL WSet up thr parking lot so the customers do not have to back trailers in when retutning them.

Alexander RI hadn’t really asked his name yet, but this is the third trailer rental I have had in the past month or two from this location. The gentlemen that works there- I believe full time and was associated with all three rental agreements- truly is great. I even told him, I was extremely impressed with how sharp, expedient, efficient, and just on the ball he always is. He is great at his job, very friendly- as well as on point. Truth be told, I couldn’t tell you the last time I watched someone be so good at his job, it almost required me to introspect/ reflect on my work performance. Impressive to say the least. Idk if this review would get him any kind of boost, hopefully financially- but he deserves it. He def goes out of his way for the customer. And it’s wonderful. 10 out 5 stars for this location and operation .
