The location was alright. Could definitely be cleaner but it isn't terrible. The truck that I rented seemed to pretty well maintained and was mostly clean but had a very unpleasant smell inside the cab.

Excellent Uhaul service at this market store in Ontario! Uhaul truck was in excellent condition. I will use this facility again!

Have the truck check for to much play in the steering wheel. Add pavement where the trucks are parked that will help with how dirty and dusty the trucks get. Fix the latch on the hood for the truck I drove, I could not get it to shut all the way down close. The vibration and noise in the cab of the truck hurts your ears.

Customer service was terrible. They lost my reservation and made it make a new one. It took 35 minutes to complete everything. On top of that, they helped customers in between that were ordering from their market. DO NOT GO TO THIS UHAUL VENDOR

The total mileage of the car I rented yesterday was 28 miles, but I added $ 10 to the fuel, and charged me another $ 17 at the drop-off point. This car is too fuel-intensive. It costs one dollar of fuel per mile. may?

I was charged for dolly rental that was not given. When truck returned, advised to clerk no dolly and rep stated I would have to call uhaul tomorrow because he could not change charges. I ended up paying extra $7.00

Don't over book on truck rentals because someone almost took my reserved truck yesterday because it was over booked.

They cheat. Barely any gas in truck and light turned on after a few miles. I had to buy gas and they did not credit. Even gave them receipt. Would not use them again as they are not an ethical location.

This was the first time I used U-Haul. Hether, the supervisor, messed up my order and instead of clarifying things she was very rude and hang up a phone on me! Absolutely poor customer service. When I called her back, she simply tried to shut me down. And she is a supervisor??? I won't use U-Haul anymore and will tell my friends about my experience. Such people should not serve customers, more over they can't be supervisors and be an example to other employees. Very unhappy!

This location was great, my overall uhaul rental experience was terrible but that was no fault of Mark's Market. They actually had the truck size I needed vs having a 24/7 rideshare reservation for a 26 foot truck and showing up to Tower RV storage on earlstone where my reservation was through and there only being a 10 foot truck there. Emergency gate contact cant even be bothered to answer her phone. Had to call Uhaul 3 times to finally get someone who was able to reserve the one at Mark's Market for me to pick up.

We had reservation at 9am and came 10 minutes early but we didn't leave till 10:00am because worker didn't know how to look up reservation. We tried to show her our email cause she kept calling me and my wife liars and kept trying to charge our card extra by attempting to make a new transaction. Then we called Thomas (the manager) and told him what was going on and he tried to help but she wouldn't even talk to him to try to see what the problem was and see how he could help her. After about an 45 minutes she finally found the reservation and told us we had to act as walk in customers since we were “late” and we had about another 15 minute argument before her husband came out and helped us out.

Regarding the above: it is a tiny, old liquor store. Despite handling those customers, the gentleman was very kind and courteous. Would be a difficult location on a very busy day!!

The truck was perfect, it just wasn't cleaned out. A lot of dirt, screws and nails were on the floor. But the truck ran great and it was the perfect size. I was able to fit the entire contents of the house.

They never check the vehicle when given to me nor when I return it back and it was a raining day the guy didn't want to get out to check the truck when I return it he make me take pictures of miles and gas then bring it to him as well as he told me to take the vehicle to the back and park it for him it was a lot of mud on the back I shouldn't be there that's he's property

they had no 2" balls for sale, sent me to home depot, got the ball and came back, no equipment to put the 2" ball on my ball mount so I went back to home depot and bought a 24$ wrench but did not have the strength to dislodge the 1.5" nut holding the ball on. finally someone came along stronger than I and got is loose. Lengthy process.

It is the best place I have rented from so far. They worked out my final bill and they were open till 730pm! loved that. Nice folks too that worked there.
