Have pictures of truck . does not drive well, dirty , not maintained. I rent three trucks a week from uhaul for moving and this truck was a mess.

Aside from the location, I requested to reserve a uhaul truck, told the lady I had 2bdrm, living room furniture (sofa, loveseat & small sectional) dining room set with 6 chairs. I was told a 17' truck would work for me. Got to the location (which was closed on a Sunday), called the uhaul customer service to see if I could get a larger truck. She found one on Euclid (which I went and got). Thank you very much for being able to get a 26' truck at last minute. Being told wrong size truck size needed & having to find another location was very inconvenienced to those moving me because I got way behind schedule.

U Haul's phone system need s work. I google this store and called the resulting number Spent 10 or 15 minutes waiting for the next representative. I did this twice, gave up and walked to the location. I received instant service and mentioned my trouble calling him. He said his phone never rang and my call was on hold in the national switchboard

This location charged me a refuel charge even though I had already put gas in the truck. That is not ok. We all work hard for our money, and honesty is always the best policy.

The "out" mileage was not correct and I was not asked to double check, so I did not even think about it. I drove just shy of 100 miles and was charged for 400+ miles that I did not drive. I will be taking this matter to the BBB, and will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. Awful.

Our experience was terrible at u-hual. We had ordered a u-hual for Saturday and received a confirmation email on Friday saying that the truck was available but when we showed up on Saturday at the east vale location they did not have any trucks. The closest uhual for us was 20 miles away in Ontario. We had to drive the pick up truck, drive truck back, and drive home adding additional 60 plus miles to our trip. We started moving 1 and a half hours later then expected because of this delay and also had to pay for those additional miles. When We asked if we could return truck to eastvale since it was convenient for us and that is what we arranged originally but u haul messed up we were told no and that it would be double the cost. No one reached out to us to tell us the truck would not be available and this placed significant burden on us while we were moving. This was honestly the worst customer service I have ever received and I am very disappointed in U-hual and will make sure to let everyone know about my experience.

Very small convenience store with limited rentals. We prefer a bigger location and dealing with uhaul directly. Overall ok.

I made my reservation over the phone through U-Haul headquarters for a trailer only, but at pickup after charges were put on my card before giving me the total, I was charged for a truck and trailer. This was refunded, but then my charges for a trailer were double what I was quoted over the phone. No business should give a quote and make a reservation for that quote and then charge 200% what they originally quoted. Not only did I pay double what was quoted I waited for all this to be sorted out for three hours. There was no line, I was the sole customer. I would not recommend to anyone I know to rent from U-Haul based on the customer service alone.

The location is inside of a convience store. One person was working the register and U-Haul. That made the process longer. And the trucks are on dirt. Your shoes will be destroyed. But the vehicle was in great condition

I was charged for Utility Dolly and Furniture Pads ($5 each) and I noticed the charges when I left. I let them know of the charges and was told that they would be refunded to me. I have not received the refund.

This was the first time I rented from this location. The "main office" is inside a small liquor store. I was expecting a Uhaul building. It would be helpful to know this information when making the reservation ahead of time to avoid confusion to future new customers. Other than that, it was a good experience and would rent from this location again.

This location should not be a authorized UHaul dealer. Its a bad impression for Uhaul as these people are unprofessional. It's a liquor store and that's what the owners should focus on. They were unaware of the process and I will not go back to this locationz

Vehicle was very dirty and smelled like vomit. I have rented there in the past and was pleased but after this, I will never rent from there again.



Price is complicated with rate X miles, taxes and rental fee. It is apparent the low rentAL fee is $19.99per day. There are so many unrevealed charges. I will NEVER use their service again.
