Overall it wasn't bad, just not what we are accustomed to from our regular place. Location was awkward and uncomfortable in a liquor store. Vehicle windows were not clean, dirty napkins in the cab. Vehicle seemed in need of maintenance. I would not have felt comfortable taking it much further than the 20 miles I did.
Melinda H.the truck was not running well but we did not know until we got on the road... AND we realized we needed a bigger truck so we called reservations before we even left their lot to upgrade the truck and they said this location could do that but then when we asked they said no. I think they just did not want the hassle. The truck was also leaking in the upper passerger side and got alot of our stuff wet. I am calling your company about that.
