My comment is not for this location but the company in general. I made a reservation that was available closer to me then I get a call a day before saying they don’t have that truck there and sends to a location 20 mins away. And for drop off the location closest to me denies the truck I have just because of the size because that place on chino corona in chino ca didn’t want it there when they only had 2 trucks there. But I few days later I see 6 trucks there. During my move I get a couple calls to schedule my drop off when they were trying to have me drop off in other cities far away. This company has no organization skills. They also charges me extra 15 for going over miles but I didn’t go anywhere outside of route except to pick up 20 miles and drop off and a further location. Only refunded 10 back. Experience was a 0/10
