The trailer hitch was too low to the ground, tail lights didn’t work on the left, and we got a flat tire on the trailer. When we called for roadside assistance the representative was very rude and dismissive. Made for a very stressful experience.
Ashley GWas able to provide a 26" truck when a 20" was not available. Were helpful and kind. Unf forgot to load the truck with a dolly and furniture pads. I did self-serve so I was not able to go to the office to request them.

Robert DUSERS BEWARE!!! I have recently dropped off two uhauls and both times each location has claimed that the gas tank was an entirely different level than I picked them up at. I thought I was doing my due diligence the second time around by videoing the vehicle's fuel level upon drop-off, but instead of the agreed upon 3/4 level remainder, they claimed the truck was full upon pickup!!! I guess it's the user's fault for not having video evidence for the gas tank upon pickup AND drop-off. Not that I expected anything different, but it's really disconcerting that companies like this are able to just lie in the customer's face. I will never use this service again, and I cannot recommend you abstain from using this fraudulent company any more.

Steve TI reserved a 5x8' trailer one month from the date I needed and then found out a day before I needed it, that they didn't have any 5x8' trailers and I was going to have to use a 6x12' trailer instead. Luckily, my truck could handle it; but I would've been screwed if my truck was smaller. U-Haul needs to focus on making sure reservations are actually reserved - find a way to ensure the right trailers are in the right location. Otherwise, what's the point of having a reservation?

Betty MThe location didn't have the furniture pads or the appliance hand truck that I had reserved and I didn't find that out until I arrived. U-haul needs to do a better job of letting customers know that before they arrive to pick up equipment. I ended up having to buy my own furniture pads so I would have something to wrap the furniture with. Luckily the location at least had a regular hand truck that I could use but that was less than ideal

Tom CI would make it a rule that they already know your return location (based on what you put in the system when you reserved) so that they can tell you if that location will accept your return.

Trina LThe location is in the middle of nowhere, dark and no directional signage available on how/where to drop off the trailer. We were kind of worried leaving the trailer unlocked in an empty field, but luckily we received a receipt the following day. Surprised this is the best location near a big university.
Amber WIt was after 4pm and nobody was there. I dropped it off the same day and was still charged for 2 days. Left the vehicle swept and clean and did not see the advertised refund. The No answers were due to nobody there at 8pm
